Who is this event for?
The Sigma Healing Experience is designed for individuals seeking deep personal transformation, including entrepreneurs, professionals, and anyone ready to break cycles of trauma and step into empowerment. No prior experience with yoga, breathwork, or trauma work is required.
Do I need to have experience with yoga or breathwork?
Not at all. All practices are beginner-friendly and guided by experienced facilitators. You’ll be supported throughout the process.
What is included in the ticket price?
Each tier includes full access to both days of workshops, activities, and meals, plus a digital workbook, journaling prompts, and access to our private online community. VIP tickets include additional consultations, priority seating, and exclusive gifts.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a journal. If you have a yoga mat, you’re welcome to bring it, but all other materials will be provided.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the event. After that, tickets may be transferred to another participant but not refunded.
How many people will attend?
Attendance is capped at 50 participants to maintain an intimate and supportive environment.
Will meals be provided?
Yes. Light breakfast, coffee, and lunch are included on both days. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know during registration.
