Learn how balancing your gut health can improve emotional regulation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being—unlocking a foundational piece of holistic healing.

The Quantum Nervous System: How to Rewire Reality from the Inside Out

You don’t need another mindset hack—you need a nervous-system reboot.

This no-fluff, science-meets-spirit session reveals how stress hijacks your body’s power—and how to turn that same energy into focus, clarity, and calm. Through guided breathwork and somatic activation, you’ll stop overthinking and start regulating. Leave grounded, lighter, and equipped with tools you can use anywhere.

Mindful Integration: A closing session to integrate the day’s healing. You will reflect on the lessons learned, the insights gained, and be given strategies for incorporating these tools into your life and work.

Tailored to meet your personal needs, therapeutic yoga focuses on therapeutic mental health practice, gentle movements, breathwork, and mindful practices to alleviate physical pain, release stress, and promote emotional healing.

Day 2 — Cellular Memory, Empowerment & Rebuilding

From Healing to Creation: The Next Frontier of Trauma Work

Healing was never the goal—it was the training ground.

In this closing session, Cameron turns the science of regulation into the art of creation. Through ecstatic breath, movement, and energy practice, you’ll awaken your system’s natural high—the neurochemistry of joy, clarity, and purpose. Walk out lit up, grounded, and ready to build what’s next.

Cortisol is a Cockblock/Clam Jam

Picture this: things are getting hot and heavy with your person, anticipation is building, you’re finally feeling into it—and then your brain suddenly reminds you about that deadline, your group chat is blowing up, or your kid throws a tantrum outside the door. KABLAM! Enter cortisol. Your body’s built-in crisis manager kicks in, prioritizing survival over sensation.  It’s great for survival, but terrible for foreplay and arousal.  In this riveting little talk, we explore how stress hijacks your sex life, the delicate dance cortisol plays with your “good time” chemicals and the hell we can do about it.

Get Your Sh*t Together: Stress, Energy, and Success

Building a business or just trying to “do it all” can leave you exhausted, distracted, and running on caffeine and sheer willpower. That’s not sustainable. In this session you’ll learn how to close your stress cycle so you can stop operating in survival mode and actually have the energy to grow, create, and lead. You’ll walk away with simple, doable strategies to recharge your battery, sharpen your focus, and show up fully charged in business and in life.

Q and A

Close out your healing journey with an interactive Q&A session. This is your chance to ask questions, share insights, and receive guidance from our facilitators. Together, we’ll reflect on the breakthroughs of the past two days and explore how to carry these tools and practices forward into your daily life.

Doors & Check-In
Arrive at 8:15 AM for registration and light breakfast. Sessions run from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day.

Meals & Refreshments
A light breakfast, coffee, and lunch are provided both days. Refreshments will be available throughout the event.

What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring a water bottle, journal, and a yoga mat if you have one. All other materials will be provided.
