A. Refund Policy
All payments made under this Agreement are nonrefundable. The Client acknowledges that full
access to services, materials, and support is granted upon enrollment. As such, no refunds will be
provided for partially used periods, missed sessions, or early termination. The Client waives the right
to dispute or reverse any charges after access has been granted. The Consultant is committed to
delivering all agreed-upon services as outlined in this Agreement.

B. Filing Disputes
If the Client initiates a dispute or chargeback, Sigma Consulting reserves the right to process
payment in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the no-refund policy. This ensures
contractual obligations are upheld and the integrity of the program is maintained. Clients are strongly
encouraged to communicate any concerns directly with the Consultant prior to initiating a dispute, as
the Consultant is committed to resolving issues amicably and professionally.

C. Media Disclaimer
I understand all video training and community messaging, including all text, images, and video (now
referred to as "Media") can be used in marketing and promoting purposes. I authorize the Sigma
Consulting and its employees, contractors, partners and other representatives to use "Media" in
marketing and promotional efforts, including, but not limited to, advertisements, social media posts,
brochures, and other promotional materials. I waive any claim to inspect, edit or approve of any
materials where "Media" is used. I also waive any claim to copyright "Media" or materials where
"Media" appears, and waive any claim to financial compensation or gain from using "Media".

D. Permissions to Record
The Client grants the Consultant the right and permission to record, publish, reproduce, and use their
name, voice, likeness, or contributions in photographs, videos, written materials, and other formats.
These materials may be edited and shared publicly for commercial or non-commercial use. The Client
waives any right to compensation or prior approval.

E. Income Disclaimer
The Consultant does not guarantee any specific financial or Mental Wellness outcomes. The Client’s
success depends on their individual effort, consistency, skill set, and market conditions. Any
testimonials or case studies presented are not a guarantee of future performance and are shared for
illustrative purposes only.

Moral Code & Right to Terminate
If the Client breaks the moral code of integrity, including but not limited to:
● Cursing at or threatening a Consultant team member
● Making demeaning, condescending, or hostile remarks
● Projecting anger or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward others in the program
Then Sigma Consulting reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and without
refund. In such cases, the Consultant is no longer obligated to fulfill any remaining services listed in
the Agreement.
